We delivered the full mechanical services package for the refurbishment of a 1960s municipal office building within the Gateshead Civic Centre estate — working around a live building to deliver a complete heating and welfare upgrade on programme.
Scope of Works
Full strip-out of existing heating systems
Installation of new LTHW heating system with zoned distribution
Replacement of heating pipework using threaded steel pipework (exposed runs)
Installation of new panel radiators throughout
Upgrades to welfare areas including sanitaryware and point-of-use water heaters
Installation of mechanical extract ventilation to toilets and internal spaces
